Holiday Inn has on several occasions lost client's cards and have not shown to be a reliable front desk for us. If you are staying in this hotel we recommend you choose postal mail. If you choose the card to be delivered it is at your own risk. A re-issue of your card will be charged US $5 in case the hotel loses the card.
