Sunset Grille, the island’s premier restaurant, serving the BEST steaks in Aruba since 1959, re-opened for dinner in early July, and has happily been welcoming guests since, embracing the new normal, with genuine enthusiasm and warmth.
“When you relax over a cocktail, or savor a meal with us,” says resort Director of Food & Beverage, Justin Carson, “it is an important part of your experience here, and we make your safety a top priority. All of our Team Members have been trained and certified to offer enhanced safety precautions in food handling, and service.”
“Some of the changes we’ve made,” Carson continues,” include spacing of tables and chairs in the restaurant, to promote proper physical distancing, and special attention paid to cleanliness and hygiene, including single-use or touchless menus. Guests may place their order by simply scanning the QR code with their smart device,” he explains.
As a special feature, the $99 Chef’s Collection dinner for two, delivers a four-course menu perfectly paired with a glass of Wente’s California, Morning Fog Chardonnay or Hob Nob’s, French Pinot Noir.
On September 18th, National Cheeseburger Day, Mira Solo, the bar adjacent to the restaurant overlooking the Palm Beach treetops, will be offering a flight of sliders, accompanied by a flight of beers, to celebrate the iconic All-American favorite dish. On September 26th, in celebration of National Lobster Day, Sunset Grille will be presenting a Wine Dinner, paired with fine wines by Napa Valley’s Duckhorn Winery. “The menu featuring lobster from soup to nuts, will be extraordinary, “says Executive Chef Matt Boland.
While waiting for National Cheeseburger Day and National Lobster Day, the Sunset Grille’s $99 Chef’s Collection Menu is available every evening from 5:30 pm – 10:30 pm.
The $99 Chef’s Collection Dinner for Two Menu includes dishes such as Seared Sesame Ahi Tuna, Center Cut Top Sirloin 12 oz., Organic Chicken Parmigiana, and Pan Roasted Norwegian Salmon, just to mention a few.
