Organizational aims

A.T.H.A. aims to create better facilities, individual opportunities and development for the Arubian youth in the age of 0 - to 21 years, through support, development and stimulation of activities.

The A.T.H.A. aims on the following issues who are specified to youth welfare work:

• Cultural & personal development: oriented on cultural, recreational and educational activities.
• Social-Educational development and support: to stimulate the development of enough supplementation and support possibilities for adults by bringing up youth.
• Youth health-care and aid: focuses on the prevention of situations which could harm the well being of youth. categories are health care support and aid, teen pregnancy, drug abuse, (sexual) abuse and care taking.
• Quality care: oriented on optimizing facilities (upgrading), professionalism, training, workshops and expertise.
