Sea Bass

Ingredients
- 8 oz sea bass filet
- 1 pinch old bay seasoning
- 3 oz button mushroom
- 2 oz lobster bisque
- 8 oz sea bass filet

- 2 oz lobster bisque
- 3 each asparagus
- 3 oz roasted potatoes
- 1 each fried cherry tomato
- 2 oz herb salad
- 1/2 each lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- To taste salt and pepper
Directions
1 - Cook the potatoes in water for 8 minutes, put out of the water and drain for 2 minutes,
2 - preheated frying pan with a little oil cook the potatoes for 4 minutes add the mushrooms, asparagus, and saute until vegetables are finished cooking with rectify the seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.
3 - seasoned the sea bass with a pinch of Old Bay seasoning, cooking on the grill 2 minutes on each side and finish cook in the oven at the end desired,
4 - serve in the center on the vegetable, cover with lobster bisque, herb salad mix and season with extra virgin olive oil and lemon juice, serve a side of sea bass, place half of the lemon on the plate
5 - fried cherry tomatoes, make a cross cut on the bottom and fry in plenty of oil for 1 minute, remove from oil and tomato skin lift up, use for decoration.
