- 1-1/2 oz. Light Rum
- 2 scoops strawberry fruit
- 2 oz. pineapple juice
- 1-1/2 oz. coconut cream
- 1/4 oz. grenadine
- Crushed ice
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend at medium-high speed for 15 seconds.
Pour into a chilled collins glass or stemmed goblet and enjoy!
