Created by Stephan Camguilhem, a French-Spanish entrepreneur and founder of the brand Bon Esteban Gourmet represent the brand's first boutique dining concept and is rooted in a passion for authentic Spanish products and traditional culinary techniques.
The menu features refined tapas and small plates, alongside artisanal charcuterie and premium cheeses. At the center of the experience is Jamón Ibérico de Bellota, often referred to as Pata Negra, carved with artisanal precision and presented as a signature expression of Spanish culinary heritage. Designed for a relaxed pace the experience encourages guests to explore multiple plates over time whether for a light lunch, a casual bite, or an early dinner. Set within an intimate space with a limited number of small tables, Don Esteban Gourmet offers a cozy setting for conversation with both indoor and outdoor seating.
