A festive holiday menu will be served at the Sunset Grille on the 24th, 25th, and 26th of December from 5:30 to 10:30p m, at $59.00 per person.
The special menu features a delectable appetizer of Baby Local Lettuce and Belgium Endive, Caramelized Walnut, Quinoa, Pomegranate, Feta Cheese with Raspberry Dressing; a choice of main course, Fire Grilled Skirt Steak Fresh Green Herb Mojo Sauce, Grilled Asparagus, Mashed Potatoes or Roasted Vermont Turkey and Glazed Virginia Ham, Sausage Sage Stuffing with Turkey Gravy, Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Baby Vegetables. For the sweet finale a traditional Petite Buche de Noel dessert, with local Ponche Crema Sauce.
The restaurant sommelier had carefully curated a Free Flow of Matua Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand and Bonanza by Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon, California, USA, at $49.00 per person, to perfectly complement the holiday meal.
