September 8, 2022 – As of September 8, 2022 Aruba’s health department has stopped issuing updates related to COVID-19. After a period of 2 years with regular updates, these have been stopped. The health department continues to monitor COVID internally as is done with other infectious diseases. Should Aruba’s Health Department observe increases in COVID cases, the public will be advised accordingly. The department’s ongoing advice is to stay up to date with vaccinations, to protect oneself and also more vulnerable persons.

September 5, 2022 – During the period August 21 – September 3, active cases decreased to 109 with 218 new cases, 222 recoveries and 1 death registered. Between August 21st and September 3rd the total number of active COVID-19 coronavirus cases has decreased to 109 (107 residents and 2 non-residents) with 218 new cases and 222 recoveries. The number of deaths related to COVID-19 in this period is 1 (1 residents and 0 non-residents). Sincere condolences to the family of the deceased.  There are currently 5 persons hospitalized (5 in Aruba and 0 in Colombia), none of whom are in intensive care.

August 23, 2022 – During the period August 14 – August 20, active cases increased to 112 with 124 new cases, 160 recoveries and no deaths registered. Between August 14th and August 20th the total number of active COVID-19 coronavirus cases has increased to 112 (109 residents and 3 non-residents) with 124 new cases (120 residents and 4 non-residents) and 160 recoveries (155 residents and 5 non-residents). The number of deaths related to COVID-19 to date is 226 (221 residents and 5 non-residents). There are currently 2 persons hospitalized (2 in Aruba and 0 in Colombia), none of whom are in intensive care.

August 15, 2022 – During the period July 31 – August 13, active cases decreased to 86 with 355 new cases, 393 recoveries and no deaths registered. Between July 31st and August 13th the total number of active COVID-19 coronavirus cases has decreased to 86 (84 residents and 2 non-residents) with 355 new cases and 393 recoveries. The number of deaths related to COVID-19 to date is 226 (221 residents and 5 non-residents). There are currently 5 persons hospitalized (5 in Aruba and 0 in Colombia), none of whom are in intensive care.
August 1, 2022 – During the period July 24 – July 30, active cases increased to 201 with 197 new cases, 223 recoveries and 2 deaths registered. Between July 24th and July 30th the total number of active COVID-19 coronavirus cases has increased to 201 (198 residents and 3 non-residents) with 197 new cases and 223 recoveries (218 residents and 5 non-residents). The number of deaths related to COVID-19 to date is now 226 (221 residents and 5 non-residents). Sincere condolences to the families of the deceased. There are currently 5 persons hospitalized (5 in Aruba and 0 in Colombia), two of whom are in intensive care.

July 25, 2022 – During the period July 17 – July 23, active cases decreased to 108 with 233 new cases, 125 recoveries and 0 deaths registered. Between July 17th and July 23rd the total number of active COVID-19 coronavirus cases has decreased to 108 (106 residents and 2 non-residents) with 233 new cases and 125 recoveries. Total cases to date and recoveries to date are no longer being reported by the Aruba Health Department. The number of deaths related to COVID-19 to date is 224 (219 residents and 5 non-residents). There are currently 7 persons hospitalized (7 in Aruba and 0 in Colombia), one of whom is in intensive care.

July 15, 2022 – During the period July 1 – July 15, active cases decreased to 248 with 787 new cases, 864 recoveries and 2 deaths registered. Between July 1st and July 15th the total number of active COVID-19 coronavirus cases has decreased to 248 (243 residents and 5 non-residents) with 787 new cases and 864 recoveries. The total cases to date is 41787 (35268 residents and 6519 non-residents). The total recovered is 41315 (34806 residents and 6509 non-residents). The number of deaths related to COVID-19 is 224 (219 residents and 5 non-residents). Sincere condolences to the families of the deceased. There are currently 12 persons hospitalized (12 in Aruba and 0 in Colombia), one of whom is in intensive care.

July 5, 2022 – During the period June 25 – July 1, active cases decreased to 327 with 405 new cases, 546 recoveries and 1 deaths registered. Between June 25th and July 1st the total number of active COVID-19 coronavirus cases has decreased to 327 (323 residents and 4 non-residents) with 405 new cases (395 residents and 10 non-residents) and 546 recoveries. The total cases to date is 41000 (34505 residents and 6495 non-residents). The total recovered is 40451 (33965 residents and 6486 non-residents). The number of deaths related to COVID-19 is 222 (217 residents and 5 non-residents). There are currently 11 persons hospitalized (11 in Aruba and 0 in Colombia), none of whom are in intensive care.

June 24, 2022 – During the period June 18 – June 24, active cases decreased to 469 with 615 new cases, 851 recoveries and 2 deaths registered. Between June 18th and June 24th the total number of active COVID-19 coronavirus cases has decreased to 469 (460 residents and 9 non-residents) with 615 new cases (601 residents and 14 non-residents) and 851 recoveries. The total cases to date is 40595 (34110 residents and 6485 non-residents). The total recovered is 39905 (33434 residents and 6471 non-residents). The number of deaths related to COVID-19 is 221 (216 residents and 5 non-residents). There are currently 9 persons hospitalized (9 in Aruba and 0 in Colombia), one of whom is in intensive care.

June 17, 2022 – During the period June 11 – June 17, active cases decreased to 707 with 923 new cases, 1061 recoveries and 3 deaths registered. Between June 11th and June 17th the total number of active COVID-19 coronavirus cases has decreased to 707 with 923 new cases and 1061 recoveries. The number of deaths related to COVID-19 is now 219 (214 residents and 5 non-residents).

June 11, 2022 – During the period June 4 – June 10, active cases increased to 848 with 1082 new cases, 935 recoveries and no deaths registered. Between June 4th and June 10th the total number of active COVID-19 coronavirus cases has increased to 848 (721 residents and 127 non-residents) with 1082 new cases (882 residents and 200 non-residents) and 935 recoveries. The total cases to date is 39057 (32653 residents and 6404 non-residents). The total recovered is 37993 (31721 residents and 6272 non-residents). The number of deaths related to COVID-19 is 216 (211 residents and 5 non-residents). There are currently 13 persons hospitalized (13 in Aruba and 0 in Colombia), one of whom is in intensive care.

June 3, 2022 – During the period May 28 – June 3, active cases increased to 701 with 941 new cases, 563 recoveries and 3 deaths registered. Between May 28th and June 3rd the total number of active COVID-19 coronavirus cases has increased to 701 (464 residents and 237 non-residents) with 941 new cases (592 residents and 349 non-residents) and 563 recoveries. The total cases to date is 37975 (31771 residents and 6204 non-residents). The total recovered is 37058 (31096 residents and 5962 non-residents). The number of deaths related to COVID-19 is now 216 (211 residents and 5 non-residents). Sincere condolences to the families of the deceased.
