Recently the Marriott Aruba Care Foundation board members provided household goods as donation to help out Biba Bou Guia, a non-profit foundation aimed at guiding people with mental limitations to live more independently in the community. Currently, the foundation has 20 clients who are all receiving professional guidance from specialists.
The donation consisted of essential commodities that the foundation needed to improve the living spaces of its clients. The Marriott Aruba Care Foundation was happy to fulfill this need by supplying Biba Bou Guia with washing machines, closets, stoves, cookware, water heaters, rice cookers, fans, bed, mattress and bed linens. The organization was pleasantly surprised with the donation.

About the Marriott Care Foundation:
Founded in 1999 by the associates of the Aruba Marriott, they have been actively contributing to the Aruba community for the past fourteen years. It embodies a living and breathing sentiment and “Spirit to Serve” within the associates who fund the Foundation through direct personal financial contributions. Currently over 550 associates contribute monthly to the Marriott Aruba Care Foundation.
