Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino is proud to announce the promotion of Adolf Everon and Yazira Feliciana, who both bring over a decade of experience in the casino industry.
Adolf joined the Aruba Marriott 18 years ago where he was a charter team member of the casino and opened the cage department as Cage Manager. After leading the cage for several years he was promoted to Credit & Collection Manager. In 2001 he took on a new challenge in his career and moved to marketing where he has been instrumental for the growth of the casino as the Casino Marketing Manager over the last 13 years.
In his new role as Casino Marketing & Services Director, Adolf assumes additional responsibilities taking over the strategic oversight for the Casino Marketing and the Casino Beverage departments. With his expertise the Casino will continue to find new ways to improve the overall service experience.
Yazira started with the Marriott family in 2004 where she was hired as Casino Credit & Reservations Coordinator. Within 6 months she was promoted to Casino Executive Hostess where she was responsible for effective execution of promotions, VIP service delivery and assists the marketing team when needed. In 2009 Yazira was promoted to Casino Marketing & Services Supervisor, which is the position she held until recently. She excelled as the marketing specialist where she supported key revenue generation initiatives and implemented effective promotions that lead to record highs of player acquisition into the loyalty program.
In her new role Yazira will expand her responsibilities to include the development of new promotions, PR initiatives, marketing strategy, and creative marketing development and lead generation efforts for the casino.
