Aruba Marriott Resort appoints Carolina Voullieme as new Director of Sales and Marketing

Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino is proud to announce the appointment of Carolina Voullieme as its director of sales and marketing. Voullieme brings over ten years of international sales and marketing experience to Aruba Marriott.

Voullieme comes to Aruba Marriott after three years as director of sales and marketing at The Ritz-Carlton, Santiago in Chile.

“As a seasoned Marriott employee, Carolina brings an unparalleled understanding of strategic brand sales and marketing practices which will be instrumental to Aruba Marriott’s future growth,” said Tom Calame, General Manager of Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino. “We are delighted to have her on board as part of the Aruba Marriott family.”

Having previously worked as director of sales and marketing at Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort in the Cayman Islands and prior to that, the San Juan Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Voullieme has experience in multiple languages and possesses an array of cultural sales techniques.

In her new role at Aruba Marriott, Voullieme will be responsible for leading the hotel sales, marketing and communications activities, as well as maximizing revenue generation for the property.
