Located in the heart of downtown Oranjestad offering great seafood and typically Aruban delicacies in the rustic ambiance of the natural driftwood dining room. Furthermore all dishes are prepared with an Aruban touch and accompanied by pan bati, our famous Aruban corn bread.

The motivation in opening "Anna-Maria's Autentico Ristorante Italiano" was mainly for the love for good cooking, but also due to the encouragement received from my friends from various parts of the world who were my guests for dinner here at home and who thought I should open my doors to the public and give everyone the opportunity to taste my delicious recipes.

Born in Aruba to a Peruvian mother being the second generation of Italian descent from Messina, Sicilia; Napoli and Genova, I want you to savour simply what I've known to prepare with only the freshest ingredients, with care and love and obviously with a good appetite for delicious meals that I've learned to make from my mother, grandmother and from my own experience.
