- 3 medium sliced onions
- 2 cloves of garlic crushed
- Hot Water
- Vinegar to taste
- Madame Janet to taste (optional)
- Sugar and Salt to taste
Mix in a glass bowl the following ingredients: sliced onions, crushed garlic, sugar and salt, hot water and vinegar. Add Madam Janet for a spicy taste.
For a sour taste add more vinegar. For a sweeter taste add more water.
Tips: To make the sauce hot and spicy cut the Madam Janet into smaller pieces and add to the marinade. For a milder version pierce the Madam Janet, creating one hole on each end and stir it in until desired taste.
