Arepita di pampuna (pumpkin pancakes)

Ingredients
- 2 cups boiled and mashed pumpkin, drain pumpkins well after boiling and mash immediately
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 pinch baking Powder
Directions
Mix everything together in a blender or in a bowl. On a griddle use oil spray to fry. Use 2 tablespoons full of the mixture to make one arepita and place them on the griddle. Turn the arepitas upside down when the downside is brown or dry
