Blu Tap Cider is the Caribbean's first dedicated cider bar, created exclusively for Radisson Blu Aruba. The concept reflects the resort's approach to food and beverage, centered on quality, thoughtful partnerships, and introducing concepts that feel distinctive, well-considered, and aligned with the resort's character.
It brings a focused cider program to the island through a partnership with South Hill Cider, a founder-led cidery from New York's Finger Lakes region known for its small-batch, harvest-driven approach. The cider selection features apple-based ciders made in small batches and shaped by each harvest, allowing the lineup to change naturally throughout the year. The program focuses on balance and the character of the apples, with styles that range from crisp and refreshing to more complex expressions, inviting guests to experience cider through tasting and comparison.
Guests can discover the program through Blu Tap's signature Cider Flight, as well as cider cocktails, premium spirits, and a curated wine selection. The experience is complemented by thoughtfully paired bites from Don Esteban Gourmet, Radisson Blu Aruba's boutique tapas concept, creating a cohesive approach to food and drink rooted in quality, partnerships, and respect for how things are made.
