Mandatory Entry Requirements & Aruba Travel Restrictions due to COVID-19

- All travelers with an arrival date of July 8th, 2022, or later, are no longer required to purchase the Aruba Visitors Insurance. All travelers are still required to complete Aruba’s Embarkation/Disembarkation Card before arrival, which is the country’s digitized customs and immigration process. It is highly recommended for each traveler to have travel insurance with COVID-19 coverage. In case you have already purchased the insurance, you will remain covered for COVID-19-related expenses.
- Since Sunday June 12th, 2022, CDC no longer requires passengers traveling to the United States to show a negative COVID-19 test.
- Since March 19th, 2022, travelers to Aruba are no longer required to present a COVID-19 negative test result or proof of vaccination.

Online ED Card process
Referred to as the embarkation/disembarkation card (or ED Card) due to it having been a paper card that used to be handed out to visitors to Aruba for filling in traveler information. This has since been completely digitized and is an essential process that all visitors (including children) spending more than 24 hours in Aruba must follow prior to traveling to Aruba.
The process needs to be done at edcardaruba.aw.
EMAIL NOTIFICATION
Upon successful completion of the ED Card process, travelers will receive an email confirmation of approval for travel (green checkmark), which must be shown either digitally or in printed form at check-in or upon boarding.
Note: You will need a valid passport and a valid email address that you have access to.
