Please---Can Beth Holloway-Twitty please contact me. I have called fox news, msnbc and the herald in Cleveland, Ohio trying to get ahold of Beth. THIS IS NOT A JOKE,,I want her to find her daughter and I think this may help. I want no gain for helping her. I just want her family to be happy again. She can have some peace with this bit of help I will share with her. My phone number is 406-264-5795--This is an honest way to help a very brave and loving Mother.

Okay, this message is for jucks, if this message board were about the problems in America, I would have my say. This is about Aruba and in trying to stay on the topic I have delivered my 2 cents. You don't like it, I don't care. My compassion for another human being taken against her will, stripped of her freedom and used, tortured for the pleasure of sick criminals has nothing to do with why American soldiers are fighting for our freedom, here in America, over in Iraq. They are selflessly giving of themselves to stop the kind of sick violence that my postings describe, in more than just your precious island nation. Ignorance gets people only as far as their ridiculous words (and misspelled at that - grusomely) get them - and that is NOWHERE!! THE BOYCOTT MUST REMAIN and the missing never, ever forgotten. Good must triumph over evil or what is the will to live???

"Reality Check," the problem with Aruba is not that one teenage, American girl was raped and murdered there. The problem is that the Aruban government is helping the killers get away with the crime. A successful boycott is the only way of motivating the Aruban citizens to get rid of their corrupt government officials. Ultimately, the people are responsible for their government's actions in a democracy.

The recent Aruban/Holland smoke screen is all part of one big cover. They always find ways of explaining away the evidence by saying that it can't be trusted or is inadequate. Arlene Ellis-Schipper, the Aruban minister of misinformation, is trying to brainwash the American public into doubting this clear piece of evidence. Here is what was actually said in Jamie Skeeters interview of Deepak Kalpoe: JS: "I'm sure you all had sex with her that night." DK: "Yes, she did." JS: "Opps?" DK: "Oh! (No!) She did. You'd have been surprised how simple it was that night." (Deepak apparently took Jamie's exclamation of "Opps" to be a questioning comment so he emphasized his answer by repeating himself, "Oh (or No)! She did. You'd be surprised how simple it was that night.") JS: "If she did, fine."

I am just so appalled at the ignorance and apathy of the world. Those of you who slam Natalee and call her names don't know a thing about her. DO NOT judges others without first judging yourself. There is a serious problem in Aruba whether she is still there or not - and it needs to be HANDLED! This criminal and sick behavior must be stopped. PEOPLE THEY ARE RAPING AND TORTURING BABIES IN ARUBA and the surrounding islands, parts of Mexico and South America. We MUST do more! We just cannot simply sit back and allow this in our world - unless you want Hell to remain on Earth as it very much does. I don't care what type of person Natalee is - I still weep for her - and wish it on NO ONE. The BOYCOTT ON ARUBA MUST REMAIN at least until we have answers and God willing until this is stopped!!!!!!!!!!!

What a crap site this has become...the last bunch of entries says it all...but then, isn't this what Aruba is all about? Crap and Creeps? They are all in a state of denial right now...but slowly the 'ol boycott noose will tighten and they will all start kicking and screaming. Would be interesting to watch the courthouse crowd explain their righteous coverup to business owners like Carlos and Charlies and the many big Hotels.

It's amazing how incredibly stupid most americans are. I can't wait to go to Aruba and get out of this land of dingbats. Just because some little tramp couldn't hold her liquor and wasn't supervised properly, the whole island is to blame. Blame her parents for letting her go there with 122 other kids and two adults. The same could have happened to her at Daytona or New Orleans and that would go unsolved too. How many crimes in America get covered up and the guilty get away scott-free? Why don't you people worry about our soldiers being sent to die for unjust reasons. If Nathalie was a 300 pound black woman, nobody would care what happened and it wouldn't even make the news. Keep boycotting morons, and I'll enjoy the reduced prices.

Wouldn't it be justice for Paul Van der Sloot if Joran went amiss? How smug would that jerk be then? Also, its time a sincere approach in this matter. Those with powers available should appoint FEW GOOD MEN to discuss this case with the Judge, Prosecutor and Lawyers in a way they can all understand. Those characters need to have some of that Nederland arrogance knocked of their faces.

Can anyone explain the mindset of those covering up this Natalee Holloway crime? Do you think they realize what their actions have caused? Or, are they so unbelievably arrogant none of it matters? I have always heard and read that the Nederlanders were so arrogant they could be totally blind to anyone around them who was not standing ready to bend over and kiss their fannies. As judges and lawyers, I suppose their arrogance is twofold once they set down on a small island like Aruba.

For the self righteous who may be opposing a boycott, go ahead send your little girls there. Show us how confident you are when one is murdered or goes amiss and make sure you fill out an Aruban police report too. Then, observe the policeman you give it to. He will immediately start drinking lots of water. Water because he is nervous? No, its because he is going to wet the report down real good with a big laugh after you leave.

You know what helps make the Arubans stink? The very person who was to prosecute the case was part of the Coverup! This woman actually went on vacation during the investigation! The initial group involved, saw the handwriting on the wall and just left period! Paul Van der Sloot, the lawyers and judges, all part of a fraternity, partying, swinging group(small island necessity)were not going to mess with one of their own. Murder of an American to them, is nothing more than killing a snake.

I agree with you Chaz. The ol "I hear nothing, I see nothing, I say nothing" is a carryover to Aruba from the Netherlands. I can't sympathize with the general public either. Turning their heads make them a part of it. As I said a couple of months ago, the Airplanes, garbage dump digging, pond draining, etc.,was all for show. Just so they could say "BUT LOOK VOT VE DID!" All the while knowing that Van der Sloot, his son and the Kalpo brothers would be turned loose. The Kalpos are lucky only because they know what happened. If Joran had not been involved, their little butts would be in jail forever.

I am convinced more than ever now that the Aruban people are not very concerned about a boycott either. If they were, obviously they would not sit back and allow this wanton coverup to continue. None of them have spoken out about the clear and abusive use of political arm bending among the courthouse crowd. Except of course, the editor of the Diario News. And too, the parents of the murderers are a part of the general aruban public. They are now part of the big lie. So yes, if arm bending is the strategy for coverup then lets do some arm bending with a strong and powerful BOYCOTT!

I want to thank everyone for their efforts in trying to locate me. Only a handful of people know what those men did to me and with my body. Not knowing what happened to me is killing my Mom. My Father and Stepdad are dying inside too. Why the Judges and Police are hiding my whereabouts and letting the killers go free has caused so much hurt and animosity between Americans and Arubans. Joran's Father has close fraternal ties and friends in the Aruban government who, no doubt, are going to hurt the Aruban people in the end. I guess a boycott would not hurt them as bad as it would the people in general. I'm sure the businesses will take a terrific loss but what can I do? All I want is to be returned to be buried by my family. (Cont'd)

Get ovder it. If Natalie had disappeared in Dayton Beach, Ft Lauderdale or Galveston it would have been a 3 inch story on page 3 of your local paper.

Aruba's laws say guilty till proved inocent, thats why they were able to keep them in jail. If they don"t have the evediance they have to release.

Do you know that "safe" Bermuda has more visitor murders than Aruba.

Everyone laughed at Beth's suggestion that Natalee thought she was getting into a taxicab, but her behavior in the car certainly supports that. It is easy for me to believe that Joran suggested that they share a ride back to the Holiday Inn. It also makes sense that she would not have introduced herself or talked to the brothers if she thought they were drivers.

Joran must have then given her something in the car to knock her out--like more alcohol or a date rape drug--as they drove around for a half hour. Then the brother dropped them off at his apartment. After Joran raped Natalee for an hour, he called the K-2 brothers who picked up Joran again (about 3:00 am). Then they took her to beach where all raped her again. Then they either killed her. It seems a little far-fetched to believed that someone else just happened to be walking along the beach at 3:00 am on Monday morning and she was killed/kidnapped by that third party.

"Aruba Days, the Song"

Aruba, Aruba I love Aruba Aruba, Aruba Sing, Aruba days

Oh sing, sing of Aruba 'Cause my heart flips so For Aruba days

Oh Sing, Sing of Aruba 'Cause my heart flips so For Aruba days

Boys and Girls They have to kiss In Aruba’s golden bliss

And there’s much For them to do Swimming in the ocean blue

So sing, sing of Aruba 'Cause my heart flips so For Aruba days

So sing, sing of Aruba 'Cause my heart flips so For Aruba days

Aruba, Aruba, Aruba For you 'n me Aruba!

(The song is sung to a calypso beat.)

Visiting Aruba i april 2005 - a wonderful island! Stayed first three days at MVC Eagle Beach - a lovely place with a perfect breakfast! Next seven days we stayed at The Mill, and can recommend both places. Hope to be back once. Greetings to security guard Cyril at The Mill fra the Norwegians. He wanted to marry my daugther! It's a rather long trip from Norway to Aruba - first two hours from Larvik to Amsterdam, then ten hours to Aruba. But with KLM it was almost a pleasure! Hi everyone..first time in Aruba and it was great stayed at the Holiday Inn. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn't like is trying to get an umbrella on the beach. After three mornings of getting up early, I decided to get up really early. I was out on the beach at 5:00am and was only able to get the last umbrella. I strongly recommend renting a car and driving around. First thing you do is look at the map they give you at the hotel. Then forget the map and drive around. My wife and I saw many sights that were of the main roads and housing developments were nice. We asked for directions a couple of times (I was driving). Anyway we liked it so much we are going back first week in May. This time we are bring friends so they can enjoy Aruba as much as my wife and I did.

I love Aruba. Everyone there is so nice and friendly. If you enjoy the sun, the beach, sand, people, and relaxation, this is the place for you. It was so much fun and very relaxing. The weather was amazing also, even though the sun was hot, there is a constant breeze to keep most of the bugs away and to slightly cool you down. The water was never freezing, it was always a refreshing temperature. It is also very interesting to see such a variety of people in the same place. Everybody speaking different languages. It is nice to see the diversity every now and then. I love Aruba and once I get the money I guarantee you I will go back. When you go make sure you go snorkeling, scuba diving, visit De Palm Island, and take your time in Aruba. It is a great place and tons of fun. Enjoy it!

And also to the people who's house i did went to with my mum Eileen and family, it's just to say Eileen told; Darise,Dwayne,Uhadis,Rosa and everyone else that she knows in Aruba that she said hi and she's looking forward for Darise and Dwayne to come to England in July.

After making an online reservation I was notified the next day that because I am a resident of Cape Cod I am no longer welcome to stay at the International Inn of Hyannis which just happens to be centraly located on Cape Cod. This was to be a Christmas present to my wife as we have done in the past without any problems. To make matters worse upon hearing that I was going to make reservations, my daughter purchased a gift certificate of a hundred dollars to help us enjoy our stay a little more. Upon hearing that we were turned down she attempted to recover her hundred dollars. They told her that this would not happen. What the hell kind of operation are they running? The fact that it was never publickly advertised that local residents were not welcome is wrong. The fact that they can discriminate against an entire population is criminal. We are in process of filing complaints with sevaeral newspapers and consumer agencies.

We have been back to the "Tam" over 11 times and we love it more each time we return. We feel safe and well cared for. We get the "Mega" deal but spend most of our time at the Tamarijn. The staff are always approachable, friendly. The rooms are clean and we like the bottom floor. We enjoy the "Bunker" bar after 5:00. The pool, well that needs a bit to be desired. The water is most often calm, which isnt always the case at some island destinations. The food is good, but not gourmet. We like the casualness of the hotel and this hotel has a reputation of attracting friendly, sociable people. It has never disappointed us.

My husband and I recently made our second trip to Aruba from November 12-18th. It would have been our third, but unfortunately September 11th forced us to cancel our previous trip. This time we stayed at La Cabana. the resort was great for the price that we paid. I only have two complaints. One, the beach is a public beach which means that the lounge chairs are locked and not free to use. The second has nothing to do with the resort. THE WEATHER WAS TERRIBLE! I am very familiar with Aruba's weather and the fact that we visited during the rainy season. Well, the rainy season there is usually a 10 to 15 minute daily shower, not the deluge we experienced. We had only one day of sun out of six. It was extremely overcast all day long. It poured for hours during the day and the night as well. We spoke with many vistors who travel there year after year during this time and we all agreed how odd it was. Even the locals were commenting on it.

Just came back (11-13-04): Weather was pretty crappy for Aruba(Lots of Clouds, Decent amt of rain, no wind, many mosquitos). Food was excellent- Sole Mare, El Gaucho, Amazonia, Tango, Ruines del Mar). Hotel(The Wyndham) was very crowded due to a convention there and seemed to cater more to the convention crowd. No luck in casino. Aloe factory tour was nice as well as the ostrich farm tour. Rented a car with Avis, returned it with 1/2 tank of gas as was agreed upon but was still charged a $6.50 refueling fee because Avis stated that the tank was only 3/8 full. Oh well, guess you can't win 'em all. Had a very fun and relaxing time.

this is the only place for me to comment on this. HOpe yo cn get it to the the gentleman for us. we were on aruba three weeks ago and needed a cellular phone . our hotel recommended several companies. most did not have the decency to even call us back. one guy from a company called fast phones came out at 10:oo at night and delivered the phone. when he saw that my wife was ill with a sever sunburn, he took us both to the emergency room and waited for us. his cell phone prices were great and he is a perfect example of what we have been hearing about aruba. somebody should give this guy a compliment for being such a great example of your island. we will be back - thanks aruba!!

after taking the time to register & provide a valid e-mail address - if they do not like what you post even if you follow the rules they will remove your post

after looking extensively for the webmaster and moderator(s) names of this bulletin board & after e-mailing aruba marketing who run this website for this information and receiving no response i finally posted asking for this information and i was then banned from the board for doing so - i am not even allowed to read the board

i believe that the webmaster and moderator(s) names should be listed somewhere on the website and not hidden from those that take the time to register to use the bulletin board

hopefully this message will stay on so it can be read

thank you robert

My husband and I are planning to take a trip to Aruba in June of 2005. We are interested in a very nice hotel, 5 to 6 stars, with a beautiful beach, huge pool and casino. We are also interested in an all-inclusive. If you have any suggestions as where we should look, please email me at mallrat1979@aol.com. My name is Rachel Guenther. Thank you and have a nice day! =)

Just got back from 10 days in Aruba. We stayed at the Wyndham. This was the forth time there and wouldn't stay anywhere else. The Staff could not be more helpful and always cheerful. The hotel is clean and maintained very well. We ate a several restaurants during our stay. Madame Jenettes is by far the best quality and value on the Island. Sunset Grill was excellant as was El Gauchos. Bet few with feet in the sand is the Flying Fishbone but that is a 30.00 cab ride each way from Palm Beach area. Worth the ride for a sunset seating.

Hi I am from Aruba and work at the Divi Village. I have some good idea for everyone who want to have a nice vacation here in Aruba. First you can buy a cell-phone so you don't have to use your phone in your room whitch is too expensive. Local calls will be cheaper than than hotel phone. But also you can buy prepaid phonecard whitch you can use at the cabin around the island. But than you have to go around to find one. That is why a cell-phone is more helpfull. You can make international calls too. For a minute you pay about 60 cent to call USA and Canada. Or it could be cheaper too. And at night it more cheaper. Where to buy cell-phone? At the teleshop behind Royal Plaza you can buy the cell-phone of your choice. When you go home you can take it with you and bring it back next year.No fee to open a prepaid cell phone. Just buy the card to charge it and enjoy your calls.

Regards

The Tattoo, the Mi Dushi, and the Kukoo Kunuku are THE three premiere good-time activities in Aruba. You will be extremely satisfied with any of the tours, but for a true taste of Aruba, you should book all three. The crews and staff are fun and friendly, and really know how to facilitate a party. Good times. My family and I go every year and always leave smiling. You will not be disappointed.

Calypso Music It is hard to find good calypso CDs!! And there has been tons of Great Calypso / Soca music recorded. The problem seems to be that calypso is seasonal (like Christmas music in the US) lasting from January to March. The best album by far that I've been able to obtain is "Maestro '76". And noonehas ever heard of Maestro. (Try to do a Google search for this record!) Anyway, Chu Chu, the music man at the Tamarijn, had assembled a great recording that he used to back-up a carnival show. Can anyone contact Chu chu the music man at the Tamarijn? Rob @ imhoff1@juno.com Thanks!!
