sem askamp hello i am going to aruba for the first time and would love to stay there too!! please help me find work and a place to stay im going in feb.
im a very hard worker. Nikki Van Wingerden I will be coming back to Aruba for my one year Anniversary. I went to Aruba two years ago and fell in love. What is new and exciting? Must see places or great restuarants? Tiny Stayed at the Mill nov 15th till the 22nd the hotel was the best full kitchen staff was great beer was cheaper at little store than big stores in town. the only draw back was on the weekend when staff family came in very noisy with childern this should be done during the week with noitce so paying guests can make other arrangements for the day we will return had a great time even with the rain we do not normaly have joke van stijnvoort hallo is er iemand die mij helpen wil me oude vriend te zoeken zijn naam is CISKO WELLER en was in nederland toen ik 20 jaar was nu ben ik 58 en zou hem graag willen zien of spreken ik zoek al heel lang hier in nederland maar misschien is hij naar zijn geboorteland ARUBA terug vriendelijke groetjes uit het koude nederland dagggg Gale and Brian Bankowski We have been back to the "Tam" over 11 times and we love it more each time we return. We feel safe and well cared for. We get the "Mega" deal but spend most of our time at the Tamarijn. The staff are always approachable, friendly. The rooms are clean and we like the bottom floor. We enjoy the "Bunker" bar after 5:00. The pool, well that needs a bit to be desired. The water is most often calm, which isnt always the case at some island destinations. The food is good, but not gourmet. We like the casualness of the hotel and this hotel has a reputation of attracting friendly, sociable people. It has never disappointed us. Monica My husband and I recently made our second trip to Aruba from November 12-18th. It would have been our third, but unfortunately September 11th forced us to cancel our previous trip.
This time we stayed at La Cabana. the resort was great for the price that we paid. I only have two complaints. One, the beach is a public beach which means that the lounge chairs are locked and not free to use. The second has nothing to do with the resort. THE WEATHER WAS TERRIBLE!
I am very familiar with Aruba's weather and the fact that we visited during the rainy season. Well, the rainy season there is usually a 10 to 15 minute daily shower, not the deluge we experienced. We had only one day of sun out of six. It was extremely overcast all day long. It poured for hours during the day and the night as well.
We spoke with many vistors who travel there year after year during this time and we all agreed how odd it was. Even the locals were commenting on it.
Virginia Peña delgado I was in Aruba two years ago and I think is one of the most beautiful places in the world. I am a student of FOREING LANGUAGES in the Universidad del Atlántico en Barranquilla, Colombia. I want to know the E-MAIL of CASA DE LA CULTURA DE ARUBA or the WEB page. Could you help me please? You can write in English or Spanish. chuckers Just came back (11-13-04): Weather was pretty crappy for Aruba(Lots of Clouds, Decent amt of rain, no wind, many mosquitos). Food was excellent- Sole Mare, El Gaucho, Amazonia, Tango, Ruines del Mar). Hotel(The Wyndham) was very crowded due to a convention there and seemed to cater more to the convention crowd. No luck in casino. Aloe factory tour was nice as well as the ostrich farm tour. Rented a car with Avis, returned it with 1/2 tank of gas as was agreed upon but was still charged a $6.50 refueling fee because Avis stated that the tank was only 3/8 full. Oh well, guess you can't win 'em all. Had a very fun and relaxing time. Erin Aruba was a very cool place. Went for the first time march 23rd threw the 30th 2003. I had the time of the life and would go back in heartbeat. To everyone that is getting ready to go for the first time your gonna love it so have fun. I'm a person that is used to getting about 4-6 feet of snow about 6 months of winter. So aruba was fantasic. tamara hi me and my husband would be in aruba on the 9th of nov 2004 on our honeymoon we would like to stay at the hyatt regency hotel we heard that its a nice place i want some thing very nice and beautyful and also friendly people please email me back and let me know what you think.
Eliott hi, i am a surfer waves boy and student from Peru. I grew up on a beach in Peru Called Costa Verde which is warm in the summer and cold in winter. The waves are mostly point breaks with really long rights and lefts.if u visit me I would teach u how to Surf off the beach. I visited alots of places in Peru, so i can tell you the food is great we have great beaches north of lima, like mancora, chicama, pacasmayo with great waves chicama has for me the longest wave in the world, 43 kilometers south of lima you can find pico alto with waves from 8 to 10 meters.

Arthur Conrad this is the only place for me to comment on this. HOpe yo cn get it to the the gentleman for us. we were on aruba three weeks ago and needed a cellular phone . our hotel recommended several companies. most did not have the decency to even call us back. one guy from a company called fast phones came out at 10:oo at night and delivered the phone. when he saw that my wife was ill with a sever sunburn, he took us both to the emergency room and waited for us. his cell phone prices were great and he is a perfect example of what we have been hearing about aruba. somebody should give this guy a compliment for being such a great example of your island. we will be back - thanks aruba!! We stayed at the Wyndham. This was the forth time there and wouldn't stay anywhere else. The Staff could not be more helpful and always cheerful. The hotel is clean and maintained very well. We ate a several restaurants during our stay. Madame Jenettes is by far the best quality and value on the Island. Sunset Grill was excellant as was El Gauchos. Bet few with feet in the sand is the Flying Fishbone but that is a 30.00 cab ride each way from Palm Beach area. Worth the ride for a sunset seating. Nino Croes Hi I am from Aruba and work at the Divi Village.
I have some good idea for everyone who want to have a nice vacation here in Aruba.
First you can buy a cell-phone so you don't have to use your phone in your room whitch is too expensive.
Local calls will be cheaper than than hotel phone.
But also you can buy prepaid phonecard whitch you can use at the cabin around the island.
But than you have to go around to find one.
That is why a cell-phone is more helpfull.
You can make international calls too.
For a minute you pay about 60 cent to call USA and Canada. Or it could be cheaper too.
And at night it more cheaper.
Where to buy cell-phone?
At the teleshop behind Royal Plaza you can buy the
cell-phone of your choice.
When you go home you can take it with you and bring it back next year.No fee to open a prepaid cell phone. Just buy the card to charge it and enjoy your calls.
Regards Fred Smythe The Tattoo, the Mi Dushi, and the Kukoo Kunuku are THE three premiere good-time activities in Aruba. You will be extremely satisfied with any of the tours, but for a true taste of Aruba, you should book all three. The crews and staff are fun and friendly, and really know how to facilitate a party. Good times. My family and I go every year and always leave smiling. You will not be disappointed. PEGGY LESKER ONCE YOU VISIT ARUBA, IT BECOMES PART OF YOU, AND THE MAGNETISM OF THE ISLAND KEEPS CSLLING YOU BACK !
I AM PREPARING FOR MY NEXT VISIT THIS COMING MAY.
CAN'T WAIT TO FEEL THE BREEZES, AND SINK MY TOES IN THE WARM SAND !
