We stayed at the Mill Resort Nov.17-28 2003 for our Honeymoon. First time in Aruba. It was absolutly fabulous! We could not have picked a better resort or Island. If you like laid back, inexpensive, friendly and unpretentious, this is the way to go. We love the Mill, the island and the People.

See you again in 2004!

I stayed at the Renaissance and it was very nice. I like the fact that is was close to everything. They have a boat that you out to a private island. It was so nice to go out to the island and relax by the water on louge chairs and they also have a wonderful restaurant for great food and drinks. One point of interest is on the way to the island the boat stops at a place you can take a helicopter tour. They have a beach tour and also an island tour. It is the only way to see the entire island. It's a must see and should be taken at the beginning of your stay. The owners are a husband and wife team and they are so nice. They are a young couple and they really took their time to make the tour a wonderful experience. The people of Aruba are very nice and welcome tourist. I will be coming back for more vacations. And I plan on staying at the Renaissance when I return. They were very attentive and nice to work with. Thank you.

My husband and I went to Aruba in November 2002 for our 16th wedding anniversay. It was our first time and did the All Inclusive staying at the Tam. Our experience is summed up in one word FABULOUS". "One Happy Island" doesn't even describe the friendly, relaxing atomosphere it has to offer. We enjoyed ourselves so much we purchased a time share at the Divi Village so that the honeymoon can continue year after year.

The Tam is great with the water right at your door. Who needs to muss and fuss of the high rises, not to mention the additional costs....for what? To wait & ride on an elevator when you can have the water right at your doorstep. The Tam has this luxury. Now that is what I call "first class accomodations". It was just perfect. The Tam and the Divi are wonderful.

It literally took me 26-years to get to Aruba & through the Trip-A-Day-Winner Promotion on WNUA out of Chicago I finally got there! We stayed at The Mill Resorts & Suites & I was not just treated like royalty BUT I was made to feel like their Queen Beatrix! IF you get to the south end of the island to visit Charlie's Bar in San Nicholas do tell him that the Sleep Angel sent you! ; )

Hi everybody

We visited Aruba for the first time in May 2003 and really loved the place. What a great climate and warm, welcoming people. We enjoyed our stay at the Marriott Resort where we had a great time. A special mention for the best non-Japanese Sushi Chef in the Carribean - his name is Harold and his creations can be found at Restaurant Blossoms at the Wyndham Hotel.

We are looking forward to September when we may decide to forget Mauritius - Seychelles - Dubai - Saint Martin - Saint Barths etc. etc. and go back to ARUBA

My husband and I just came back from Aruba June 11th 03. It was the most beautiful place we'd ever seen. We stayed at the Tamirijn the accomadations were good the resort was set on the beach so that was nice. The food was decent and the people were friendly. We loved it so much we bought a timeshare at the DivI Village right across the street. We are definately going back soon!

must stay at the Radisson - most beautiful resort in Aruba. Eat the best Chinese food at Blossoms @ Wyndham hotel, El Gaucho, Iguana Joe's chicken wings, Tony Romas, best breakfast at Radisson's "Blue Lagoon"

Stay away from Captain Cook's - dingy and horrible

Must drop by the Kong King Supermarket for cold cuts, basic snacks, drug store needs, etc.

Must rent the ATV's next to Salt & Peppers (across from Radisson)and drive around the entire island. It was great.

We just spent a week in beautiful Aruba and stayed at Divi Aruba Beach Resort All Inclusive. Everything was so beautiful and the resort staff was so freindly. The resort is well maintained and very clean and safe. The bar tenders never made you wait for a drink. The breakfast/lunch buffets were great, the evening dinner buffet was ok. The Red Parrot resturant was good. Anything and everything you should want or need was readily available. This was our 1st trip to Aruba and certainly not our last. On our flight home to Maryland, my wife and I decided that we were going to make this our yearly vacation, and 1 big deciding factor was not just the beauty, and freindly people of Aruba, but that of the Divi Beach Resort. We definetly recommemed this resort and will surely not look to stay anywhere but here on any of our return visits. If anyone who reads this stays here please give our best wishes to the guy who welcomes you to the resort, his name is Ramondo, he is the best.

I wondered why folks went to Aruba when its farther from the states and costs more to get there. Besides the great weather, I think one reason is the low stress transition from the US to Aruba: Everyone I met spoke understandable English, you drive on the right side of the road, water is fresh and pure right from the tap, everything is priced in US dollars and you get US dollars in change, the electric current is the same, it's safe for a woman to walk around alone in the evening, supermarkets have an international flair, but the shopping/check out is familiar, modern shopping malls, public transit is better than home and cheaper etc. etc.

We visited Aruba for the first time in June, 2002. We stayed at the Aruba Grand and had the best vacation of our lives. The people were wonderful, the weather was perfect, the water was calm and clear, the food was excellent and we watched magnificant sunsets almost every night. And best of all, there were NO BUGS! During our 10 day stay we saw 2 ants and one fly! We did see lots of iguanas which was great! We can't wait to go back to our perfect vacation island. It was a very sad day when we had to say "Ayo"
