Aruba Trip Report - Allegro Beach Resort

Just returned from our first time in Aruba. It was a mini trip only 4 days but it will not be the last! We had a wonderful time and Allegro is a nice place to stay. We found the staff to be courteous and friendly. The rooms are a little older and in need of a little minor attention but when you're in Aruba who is going to hang out in a room? They are working on upgrades to the resort so I'm sure they will get to all the rooms over time. If you want to enjoy the best piece of beef you could every hope to taste you have to have dinner at El Gauchos. Make a reservation and show up a little early and have a glass of wine across the street after you check in at the restaurant. Another wonderful and unique dining experience is Le Petite Cafe. It is in walking distance from the Allegro and really enjoyed the dinner and the service was wonderful. The pool and beach at the Allegro is the best and you will want to just hang out and enjoy the views. We will be returning!
