Paradise Beach Villas
Travel dates not disclosed

We have done a lot of traveling in the Caribbean and Aruba is by far our favorite island. We love it so much that we have bought a time share at Paradise Beach Villas.

Aruba has some of the best beaches in the world. We love Eagle Beach and Baby Beach for their blue waters and calm surf. Malmok is a great beach to do some snorkeling, but be careful the surf can be a little rough here. Palm Beach is one of the most beautiful we have ever seen. We love to walk Palm Beach from the Wyndham to Marriott along the boardwalk in the evening. What a great way to see the stars at night.

Aruba has some really cool tourist things to see. We enjoy the lighthouse, chapel, gold mine ruins and natural bridge. The caves are quite different than most caves at home in the USA. Our caves in US are usually in the 50* to 60* F range. We found the caves in Aruba to be quite hot. Not cool at all. This was a very strange experience.

I would recommend to everyone not to take the all inclusive packages offered by the hotels. There are so many wonderful restaurants in Aruba that it is a waste to eat in the same place every day. Some of our favorites are: Papiamentos, Old Cunucu House, Buccaneer, Iguana Joe's, Waterfront Crabhouse, and El Gaucho's. Do yourself the favor of dining in Aruba's wonderful restaurants, you won't regret it.

One more suggestion to anyone who is interested in the culture of Aruba. You will want to attend the Bon Bini festival that is held once a week. The festival is held at Ft. Zoutman in town. It is a great chance to hear folk music and see folk dancing.
