Freddy's is what's left of our real culture after being over run by all the food chains you know from back home. We do miracles to NOT serve fries and hamburgers. A few years a go right before the fast food invasion, tourists enjoyed real good Aruban Cuisine (Creole Cuisine) now only the memories of authentic creole cooking pops up vaguely in the minds of many.

restaurants that "say" local cuisine and yet you could order a T-bone steak and
filet mignon, a bit confusing? In our meals you could find little twigs & leaves and
other ground seasoning, we cook very natural.We cater to whoever could
appreciate the bare essentials of life. Don't look for much luxury or space at Freddy's, come
in as you are, find as little faults as you can and savor the REAL ARUBAN FLAVOR |
