Peanut Coco Dressing

Ingredients:
1 cup balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 oz peanut butter
Juice of one lemon
1/4 cup coconut milk
chopped red chili, to taste
1 teaspoon curry powder
1 tablespoon sesame oil
This is easy to make in the blender
