This Month's Recipe:
Pudding di Maishi (Corn Pudding)
To make Pudding di Maishi:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups evaporated milk
- 5 eggs
- ? cup butter
- 5 tbs sugar
- 1 cup cream of corn
- 5 tbs corn starch
- 1 tbs vanilla flavoring
Put the milk together, with
all other ingredients in a bowl and use an electric mixer to mix at medium speed for 5
minutes. Pour mixture in a 2 inch baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 300? C for 40
minutes until unset.
