The Caribbean Town Restaurant serves superb International and American cuisine in an elegant candlelight setting from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The Moonlight Grill serves a la carte breakfast, lunch and dinners. Open at 6:00 a.m. for early breakfast and stays open until 12 p.m. for late suppers, snacks and entertainment.
