Ingredients:

• 1/2        Cup seeded, diced watermelon
• 2 1/2     Ounces B&G Pouilly Fuiss?bsp;          (Fruity  white wine)
• 1          Tablespoon fresh lime juice
• 1          Teaspoon sugar
• 1/2       Cup crushed ice

Directions:

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend for 10-15 seconds at low speed. Pour into 14-ounce tall glasses. When foam subsides, fill each glass with ice and garnish with mint sprig.
