Cocktail:
Lady in Red
This month's recipe is courtesy of the
Wyndham Aruba Beach Resort
Lady in Red Ingredients:
- 1½ oz (3 Tbsp.) Malibu Rum
- 1½ oz (3 Tbsp.) Baileys
- 2 oz (4 Tbsp.) coconut cream
- 2 oz (4 Tbsp.) Fresh Strawberry's or Syrup
- ¾ cup crushed ice
Put all other ingredients in a blender and blend at medium-high speed for 15 seconds.
Pour into a chilled collins glass or stemmed goblet and enjoy!
