Cocktail:
JOYOUS ALMOND COLADA
This month's recipe is courtesy of
bartender's Lionel Croes, Martha Lopez, and Lissette
Kaijser who all do a great job creating this drink for guests and visitors.
The Joyous Almond Colada is
a long time family recipe.... served at the Pirates
Nest Restaurant - "Sand Bar" at the
Bucuti
Beach Resort by Lionel, Martha and Lissette!
Joyous Almond Colada Ingredients:
- 1 oz Khalua
- 1/2 oz Amaretto
- 1/2 oz Crème de Cacao brown
- 3 oz Vanilla Ice cream
Put ingredients in a blender and blend at medium-high speed for 15 seconds. Pour into a
chilled collins glass or stemmed
goblet. Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
