This Month's
Cocktail:
ZOMBIE
Zombie Ingredients
- 2 oz (4 Tbsp.) light rum
- 1 oz (2 Tbsp.) dark rum
- ½ oz (1 Tbsp.) apricot brandy
- juice of 1 lime
- 1 oz (2 Tbsp.) pineapple juice
- 1 oz (2 Tbsp.) passion fruit juice
- 1 tsp. Sugar
- ½ cup crushed ice
- ½ oz (1 Tbsp.) 151-proof rum
- Slice of flesh pineapple and orange maraschino cherry
Put first 8 ingredients into a blender and blend at low speed until smooth. Pour into a
chilled highball glass and float 151-proof rum on top. Garnish with fruit.
Tip: add a dash of Pernod or grenadine.
