Ingredients
- 1 oz vodka
- 3/4 oz. creme de cacao
- 1/2 amaretto
- 6 oz. pina Colada-mix
- 1 oz. coecoei
- 1-1/2 oz. cream of coconut
Directions
Blend the pina colada-mix with ice and mix all ingredients into it except for the coecoei.
Pour the coecoei into a cocktail glass.
Carefully pour the thick mixture into the middle of the glass so that the coecoei will rise to the top on the sides of the glass to create a sunset effect.
