Arawak are indigenous peoples living on the island before the time Colombus had discovered the West Indies. This punch is a reminder of the peaceful way these people lived and cultivated these grounds.

Ingredients
- 1/2 oz. Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz. Passion fruit syrup
- 2 oz. Dark Rum
- 1 dash of Amaretto
Directions
Pour the lime juice, pineapple juice, Passion-fruit Syrup, Dark Rum and Amaretto into a shaker half filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple on a skewer.
