Properties For Sale
We present a variety of houses for sale in Aruba covering beachfront properties, inland properties at various attractive locations on the island. Price ranges vary from under US$200,000 to over US$2.5million.
Aruba has some very attractive, luxuriously-finished and well-managed condominium complexes. Many of these are ocean view and have a variety of amenties within the complex. These properties are often excellent investment opportunities having good rental programs. Prices range from US$350,000 to over $1 million.
Land in Aruba is of two types, the first being "leased land" which is land leased by the government to individuals usually for 60 years. The other type is "property land" which is freehold land. Land is subject to tax at a rate of US$4 for every US$1000 of land value, with the first US$34,000 being tax-free. It is not uncommon in Aruba to find quite large plots of land available for sale.
We receive many requests from people who would like to establish a business in Aruba and need either commercial property for rent or for sale. Commercial properties are available for sale, and often these are large in scope although occasionally smaller properties are available. The most popular areas are Oranjestad, the high-rise hotel area and close to the harbour. Depending on the type of business, other locations on the island may also be suitable.
There are several residential projects in Aruba, many of which are condominium complexes, while others are stand-alone villas. The best developed villa-style complex is the Tierra Del Sol community which has a wide variety of luxury villas and which is also the location of the famous 18-hole golf course with the same name. Other popular ones are the Oceania condominiums, Palm Aruba, Jardines del Mar and Oasis.
